Food On The Run is a Canberra based and Canberra
owned school catering company specialising in food service with
over thirteen years experience. Currently, we operate canteens in
10 Canberra schools, feeding children from Kindergarten to
Year 12 as well as providing meals for visiting interstate
schools in coordination with bus companies and motel groups.

Food On The Run maintains a high quality in food preparation standards and are
able to design and create healthy menus to suit your dietary requirements.
We pride ourselves on our flexibility and ability to achieve solutions to issues that arise,
encouraging an open communication between ourselves, school staff, students and parents at all times.

Food On The Run currently offers the following two levels of operation:

·In eight of our nine current contracted positions, we ‘fully cater’ - providing all food, equipment required and staff wages; alternatively

·We are able to manage the schools canteen as, for example, in our remaining school contract, the school retains the profit and the P & C pays our staff wages.

Within either option, Food On The Run works to meet each school’s individual requirements and operates in accordance with the Department of Education and Training (DET) guidelines.
